Star trails arc over an old shipwreck on a beach in southern Greece. The ephemeral shape on the beach is the photographer, not a ghost. This image is composed of 90 consecutive exposures, capturing the stars' motion as the Earth rotates. The long exposures create the effect of star trails across the night sky.
